Answer: Yes, you are eligible for a good discount if you decide to let us manage multiple properties of yours.

Answer: We have a team of professional and expert technicians and handymen who can take the best care of your property. However, you are not bound to use our team to repair or renovate your house or property. You can either give us a list of technicians or companies and we will use the best of them, or you can rely on our team to take care of your tasks. Either way, the choice is yours.

Answer:We are ready to take care of any legal work and give you complete legal support related to your property management. Our legal work usually includes -

  • a) preparing legal documents related to renting, leasing and selling a property.

  • b) sign lease with tenants and landlords.

  • c) send notice to any violation of any type of legal agreement related to your property.

  • d) hire a qualified lawyer/attorney to solve any legal problem including evicting any tenants who have violated any rent/lease agreement or agreement clause.

  • e) notice to collect late payment, fine and repair costs to any damage caused by the tenants.
